10 days until Race 1 - Newham 10K, 10th April
… and I’ve been training for about a month but its not getting any easier so far. Got myself some good running trainers (Adistar Ride 2) which feel great but will take some getting used to. I love my old trainers but was told they’re rubbish to run in. Oh well, listen to the experts I guess. I’ll just have to bond with the new pair as I did with my Bella Option snowboard...
