WE 29th May - 2 training sessions, week distance 13.8 miles. Total distance run this year 102 miles
Ran my first ever 10 miler yesterday. Time 1:55:48. Pace throughout was all over the place but at least I did not quit (felt like quitting after the first 3km). Moral of the story - no nights out the night before! (It was my friend’s wedding so well worth it though.)
Next weekend is Race 3 of my 2011 running challenge - Race For Life 5km, Crystal Palace 5th June.
